Закриття Таборів / Closing Ceremonies for the Camps
Дорогі Родичі,
Тяжко повірити що табір вже кінчиться. Не за довго буде час відібрати ваших дітей. Ми хотіли перейти з Вами приїзд та вимоги до розтаборування на останній день (29 липня 2023). Родини можуть приїжджати на 9 годину рано якщо хочуть. Коли заїдете на паркову площу, дамо знати чи є місцe при таборі. Якщо так, Ви будете могли поїхати до табору. А якщо нема місця, Ви мусити почекати або можете підійти пішки якщо хочете. Просимо коли ви закінчите пакувати вашу машину, прошу поїхати на паркову площу щоби дати інші родині місце. Будемо мати добровольців чи волонтерів котрі будуть допомагати з рухом машин.

Всі таборові закриття відбудуться у своїх таборах окрім табір юначок. Закриття юначок відбудеця на спортові площі. Просимо щоби всі родичі помагали з ліквідацією табору але перші 30 родичів що зголоcуються помочи з складанням floor boards у табір юначок, будуть мати можливість підїхати на гору до табір юначок запакувати своїх дітей. Решта юначок речі завеземо на долину на паркову площу. Це лишень відносиця до табір юначок.

Hard to believe that camp is almost over. Soon it will be time to pick up your children from camp. As such, we wanted to take the opportunity to explain the departure and camp liquidation process of the last day (7/29/23). Parents may start arriving at 9am if they would like. When you arrive to the parking lot, we will advise if there is room near your child's camp to park. If there is, we will let you drive up to your child's camp. If not, you will have to wait until space becomes available but can park and walk up to your child's camp if you wish. We ask that once you have packed your child's items into your car, please move your car to the parking lot to give someone else a space to load their children's items. We will have volunteers around helping to direct and move traffic.
All camp closing ceremonies will occur in the individual camps except for tabir yunachok. Tabir yunachok closing ceremonies will occur on the sports field. All families should assist their child's camp with floor boards and camp liquidation procedures; however the first 30 yunachky families to volunteer to help with floorboards will be allowed to drive up to yunachky camp. All others will have to park in the parking lot below and your daughters' items will be driven down to you there. This is only for tabir yunachok.
